What kind of coffee do you serve?
We serve Hawaiian-inspired coffee drinks using high-quality beans. While we don’t roast our own beans yet, we source from roasters who share our commitment to quality. Our dream is to own a farm and roast our own someday.
Do you sell coffee beans?
Not yet, but it’s on the roadmap. For now, you can grab our merch in the shop — mugs, tees, hats, and more.
What does “Island Brew” mean?
It’s our way of saying Hawaiian-inspired coffee. We brew with the spirit of the islands — laid back, warm, and always welcoming.
Where does the name “Benzy” come from?
It’s a nickname derived from our family name, Bednarczyk. Easier to say, easier to remember.
Do you ship merch?
Yes! We ship within the United States. Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unused merch within 30 days of delivery. Reach out through the Contact page to start a return.

Why a Hawaiian coffee shop in Wisconsin?
We fell in love with Hawaiian coffee culture while stationed on Oahu. When we moved to Madison, we wanted to bring that aloha spirit with us. Think of it as a little island escape in the Midwest.
